Hotel Samaira Residency, Dombivali

The rooms were comfy. The room decor was goodPeaceful space

The room didn't have any subscriptions and wifi never connected properly.Few taps were not working in restroomThey have a very small care kit which will not even be enough for 1 person

This is on main road, easy to reach.

Room and bathroom is not clean,

Staff was good overall, It was just the rooms were quite dirty, and it was small

All about the hotel..!

Great staffWe were comfortable as a couplePrompt serviceGreat conordinationParking space for bikes

No smart TVs - Only normal oneswifi was disconnecting sometimes

Slow service, also the image shown while booking has bathtub/jacuzzi, however there was nothing the the restroom. Fake AC, wifi was buffering, tv and ac remotes were not working... extremely disappointed..

Power fluctuations were going on continuously which caused ac not working and fan hardly working for few hours in morning

They gave me flexibility with check in time as per my convinient glad for that

Please understand the geniune problem like train issues, and make room available as per their convinient otherwise ur servise is excillent

Very good

There was too much noise due to new year party on immediate next floor above room. The loud music was on until 1:30 mignight

Staff was supportive

This place has agents jack bar on its roof. So till 1:30 am they were playing songs on full volume with that boom boom effect. In fact i was feeling boom effect on my bed also.. not only this, once club is done for the public then they started moving tables and chairs at 2 am which was obviously causing difficulty in my sleeping. If you want to go for peaceful sleep please avoid this place for stay.

There was some leakage in the room but Hotel staff helped to get it temporarily fixed but never changed the room. The other room which they showed had more issues and they suggested to upgrade to an expensive one which is obvious for hotels to upsell

The room was good and clean, TV was also good

The property is worth staying

Facilities are excellent. Staff very cordial & helpful. Being vegetarian ordered the food from Ramdev located down. Room service was good.. I had to leave the hotel 2 days earlier . The management was very understanding & refunded 50% though it was booked in advance. The following I feel it will improve the facility further.During heavy rains the front of hotel becomes very muddy. If some thing is done to solve this problem it will be good Secondly a wall clock above mirror will be very useful

Nothing much impressive.

Since I wanted stay for day only (8AM to 4PM) i requested and received early check-in approval from hotel but they deny request when visited hotel in morning and said no rooms are available. I was shocked since I reached with parents. After long conversation with staff, they gave temp room and after 30 minute they moved us to different room. They did extra charged during check out including morning tea(They said it's complimentary earlier), we asked for empty plates and bowl since we order bf from outisde as they suggested but they charged that as well. It was very bad experience and disappointed for my family that how they can deny even after they confirmed early check in through mail.

No Breakfast was provided and drinking water offered in room was tap water ,not even RO water ,hence was forced to buy drinking water for drinking .

No Breakfast was provided ,instead offered was a packet of biscuit and tea .

Place is very beautiful, cleaniness is good, staff are good and very helpful.

Parking area

Staff was welcoming. Room was clean and beds were comfy!!!

I think tissues should be available in the room other then that...it was perfect!

Room and bathroom is good.

1 . At the time of arrival staff has taken Ac charges, why it is not mention during advance booking...2. Out of Window there is too much dirt...spitting everywhere...

One of the best hotels in Dombivali Great Hospitality by the hotel The staff was very co operative and helpfull Proper safety measures were followed by the hotel Rooms were spacious neat and clean Overall a great stay

I like the bed which was really comfortable.

There was lot of mosquitoes at night so we struggled to sleep because of them. There was no WiFi as promised while reserving the room on booking.com . Your website needs to include that standard double room only have fan not A/C .

Superb

Its fairly new and the hotel staff is really nice. Service is quick and smooth

Clean and neat as well as good size rooms

Nothing as such
